STRUCTURE & EQUIPMENT SALE BID AND PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS

The Sumka Bros Greenhouse Structure and assorted equipment are available for purchase, with costs and values spanning from 2013 to 2020. Bids are welcome and will be duly considered, with a non-refundable deposit required from the successful bidder. All bids must be submitted by May 31st, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The greenhouse is available for removal from July 3, 2024, until August 31st, 2024, 6:00 PM. The purchaser is responsible for the dismantling and removal of the greenhouse within this timeframe.
